Inspection points for tower cranes

What points should be pay attention for Tower Crane inspection?

1) Check the Steel Structure, especially the high-strength bolt. The connecting surface should be cleaned of dust, paint, trace and rust, and tightened with the torque hand or special wrench according to the assembly technical requirements.

2) Check the drive system of Hoisting Mechanism, Slewing Mechanism and Trolleying Mechanism, including whether the bearing clearance of each working transmission mechanism is appropriate, whether the gear meshing is good and whether the brake is sensitive.

3) Check the wear of the Wire Rope and towre crane pulley, and whether the fixing is reliable.

4) Check that the electrical parts are good, the degree of closure of the contact points, and whether the connection is correct and reliable.

5) Check if the walking wheel is in good contact with the track and the clamping clamp is reliable. When attaching the attachment device or the internal climbing device, whether each connecting bolt and the clamp block are firm and reliable.

6) Whether the lightning protection grounding is safe and reliable.

7) Whether the base drainage is smooth.

8) Whether the limit device is complete, sensitive and reliable.
