Common troubleshooting for tower crane

There are mainly 3 reasons that may cause the over high temperature of Tower Crane reducer bearing:

1) Lubricating grease is too much or too little;

2) Poor quality of lubricating grease;

3) Axial clearance of bearing does not meet the requirements;

4) The bearing is damaged.

To deal with the above problems, try the followings:

1) Add or remove lubricating grease as required;

2) Readjust the axial clearance of bearing;

3) Replace the bearing.
