Safety Requirement for Installation of  Construction Hoist

1. Clean the erection site and fence it with railings. No admittance except on business, forbid constructing operation above the hoist when installing to prevent anything fall down to the erection site.

2. There must be the person who has specific duty for installation.

3. Strictly forbid operating the hoist by non-working person during installing.

4. Operating the Construction Passenger Hoist must be at the roof of cage, don't operate it in cage.

5. The installation can not be done when snow, storm and the wind speed exceeding 13m/s.

6. The lifting device is only use for installing and dismounting parts of hoist and can not be permitted overload.

7. Don't stand under the lifting device during the device is working.

8. Don't move the cage when something is on the lifting device.

9. Person's head and hand can not be out of the safety railing when the hoist is operating.

10. Forbid starting the hoist when someone is working at mast or tie-in; None be allowed to go into the enclosure when the cage goes up.

11. Inspect every parts before the hoist is started.

12. During installation, the load of hoist must be less than the rated load.

13. Do not forget tighten connecting bolts of Mast Section and tie-in.

14. Inspect and adjust verticality of mast when installing tie-in.

15. After installation, lubricate according to manual.
